Our Story
Built on work we did with our own money first.
Karnak Contracting started with a property investor buying homes to renovate and rent, including his own short term rentals. Eight properties later, that hands on experience taught what actually holds up under real tenants, real weather and real inspections, not just what looks good on move in day.
That same Class A license now takes on customer work for homeowners, property managers and insurance professionals across Northern Virginia.
